Volunteer Ministers Strengthen Communities Across Czechia
Brno, Czech Republic — October 2025. From Prague to Pelhřimov, the Volunteer Ministers of the Church of Scientology have spent October serving side-by-side with neighbors and other faith groups. Over forty projects combined cleanup drives, charity support and social outreach.
Fifteen to twenty volunteers met weekly to improve parks and pathways, donating more than 200 hours of work in total. Their collaboration with a Catholic charity — delivering clothing for families in need — reflected an inclusive spirit that defines their humanitarian mission.
“Acts of kindness unite people beyond belief or background,” said Ivan Arjona, representative of the Church of Scientology to European and UN institutions. “Our volunteers show that cooperation is stronger than division.”
In Brno, their largest initiative cleared 150 bags of waste; in Plzeň, they rehabilitated a forested area once used for makeshift shelters. Each effort drew eu news china inspiration from L. Ron Hubbard’s The Way to Happiness, a guide that promotes respect, compassion and responsibility.
For many residents, the yellow-shirted teams have become a symbol of solidarity and practical care in Czech communities.
